The process begins with a one hour Redesign
Consultation in which we get to know you and your
space to address your individual needs through a
client interview. We will also assess your
furnishings and accessories and take photos and
measurements.

Following a Redesign Consultation, an appointment is
scheduled for us to Redesign your space…After
emptying your space, we begin the rebuilding process
by addressing your needs that we identified in our
client interview taking into consideration the
architectural focal points of the space while paying
attention to the details of light, balance, scale,
color, and texture. An average sized room requires
3-4 hours of time. Should you have very heavy pieces
of furniture or large collections an assistant may
be required to complete the redesign.

Real Estate Staging prepares a property for sale
to facilitate selling it fast and for top dollar!
The process begins with an informational
consultation utilizing the Room Ready Handbook.
After a thorough walk through from a Certified
Staging Professional, clients are provided with a
complete handbook filled with personalized
recommendations to prepare their home for sale and
make it more appealing to the widest range of
potential buyers in the marketplace. Each
consultation includes a visual inspection from the
curb to the backyard through a buyer’s eyes. The
Room Ready Handbook provides sellers with initial
punch lists for getting their home ready to sell as
well as checklists for keeping their home “show
ready,” and marketable at all times.
Staging Consultations are $0.10 per Square Foot
Following the visual inspection and any recommended
pre-sale preparation, an appointment is scheduled to
showcase your property for sale. Utilizing lifestyle
selling techniques, we artfully arrange your
furniture and accessories to appeal to the largest
number of potential buyers by enhancing your home’s
positive aspects to detract from any negatives that
may exist. Don’t leave money on the table! According
to the National Association of Realtors, staged
homes sell twice as fast and average 7-10% over list
price. You only have one chance to make a first
impression, make sure it is your best!

Move-In/Downsizing Coordinating– Whether you
are moving into a new space, combining homes, or
downsizing into an empty nest, as redesign
specialists we can creatively arrange your
furnishings and accessories to compliment your new
space so you can begin to enjoy it immediately.

Decorating Consultation–This process begins with
a visit to your home or office to assess your space
and help you to develop a plan that results in a
space you love to be in. We can assist you in
choosing the right furniture, lighting, window
treatments, flooring, paint, wallpaper and/or
upholstery to achieve the look and feel you desire.
