Following a Redesign Consultation, an appointment is scheduled for us to Redesign your space…After emptying your space, we begin the rebuilding process by addressing your needs that we identified in our client interview taking into consideration the architectural focal points of the space while paying attention to the details of light, balance, scale, color, and texture. An average sized room requires 3-4 hours of time. Should you have very heavy pieces of furniture or large collections an assistant may be required to complete the redesign.

Real Estate Staging - Real Estate Staging prepares a property for sale to facilitate selling it fast and for top dollar! The process begins with an informational consultation utilizing the Room Ready Handbook. After a thorough walk through from a Certified Staging Professional, clients are provided with a complete handbook filled with personalized recommendations to prepare their home for sale and make it more appealing to the widest range of potential buyers in the marketplace. Each consultation includes a visual inspection from the curb to the backyard through a buyer’s eyes. The Room Ready Handbook provides sellers with initial punch lists for getting their home ready to sell as well as checklists for keeping their home “show ready,” and marketable at all times.

Staging Consultations are $0.10 per Square Foot

Following the visual inspection and any recommended pre-sale preparation, an appointment is scheduled to showcase your property for sale. Utilizing lifestyle selling techniques, we artfully arrange your furniture and accessories to appeal to the largest number of potential buyers by enhancing your home’s positive aspects to detract from any negatives that may exist. Move-In/Downsizing Coordinating– Whether you are moving into a new space, combining homes, or downsizing into an empty nest, as redesign specialists we can creatively arrange your furnishings and accessories to compliment your new space so you can begin to enjoy it immediately.

Decorating Consultation–This process begins with a visit to your home or office to assess your space and help you to develop a plan that results in a space you love to be in. We can assist you in choosing the right furniture, lighting, window treatments, flooring, paint, wallpaper and/or upholstery to achieve the look and feel you desire.

Exterior Design/Redesign– Following a one hour consultation, we can assist you with designing outdoor spaces you love to be in. Whether it is touching up a flower bed, arranging patio furniture or designing landscape beds, we can help.

Personal Shopping Services– If you have limited free time, or are overwhelmed with the choices, we can shop the local area or accompany you when selecting furniture and accessories within your budget. You are under no obligation to purchase unless you are pleased with our selections.

Workshops and Speaking Engagements– Decorating is our passion and we can spend hours talking about it! We can provide fun and entertaining presentations to your club, business or organization on various decorating or real estate staging topics. Contact us for more information.
